In real estate full-time since 2015, now a top-10 producer at Preferred Shore, Lakewood Ranch dad of four, and a new-construction specialist with real relationships at nine Suncoast builders.
I started full-time in real estate in 2015 — not as an agent yet, but as an investor. For several years I flipped as many as 35 houses a year and built a portfolio of rental properties of my own. That hands-on experience means I’ve personally sat on almost every side of a real estate transaction: as an investor, a landlord, a renovator, and a builder’s buyer, long before I ever represented someone else’s deal.
After several years of that, I made the shift to focusing full-time on helping friends, family, and clients buy and sell their own homes — which is the work I care about most today as a REALTOR® with Preferred Shore. I’m consistently ranked among the top 10 of roughly 500 agents there, and I still bring the same investor’s eye to every transaction: what a home is really worth, what it’ll take to make it work, and where the real deal is hiding.
Because I spent years as a builder’s buyer myself before I ever became an agent, my relationships with new-construction teams across Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota are real working relationships, not just names on a list. I work closely and consistently with:
That means when you’re weighing new construction against resale, I can tell you which incentives a builder is actually offering that week, which floor plans and phases are worth the premium, which neighborhoods hold their value, and where the real deal is — not just what a sales rep tells you at the model home.
Faith-filled, and it shows in how I show up for clients and family alike.
Staying active keeps me sharp for early showings and long closing days.
You’ll find me on a Lakewood Ranch course most weekends I’m not showing homes.
A newer addiction — Lakewood Ranch has some of the best courts around.
My wife and I live in Monterey, a Toll Brothers community in Lakewood Ranch, with our four kids — all elementary-school age and all students at The Classical Academy (TCA). Living in the community I sell means I’m not guessing about school pickup lines, HOA rules, or which amenities actually get used — I live it every day. See more about Monterey →
If you’re a young family relocating to Lakewood Ranch — whether you’re moving from out of state or just cross-shopping villages — this is exactly the kind of move I help with most often: matching a family to the right school zone, HOA, and builder before you fall in love with the wrong floor plan. Start with the Schools Guide or the Moving to Lakewood Ranch hub.
